How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for corporate events and 6–8 weeks for state or diplomatic functions. We can accommodate shorter timelines — please contact us as soon as possible.
What team sizes do you provide? +
We provide teams ranging from 5 officers for intimate events to 50 for large state functions and galas. All teams are fully briefed, uniformed, and managed by a senior team leader on the day.
Do you provide uniforms? +
Yes — all officers arrive in clean, well-pressed uniforms appropriate to the occasion. We can coordinate specific colours or attire to match your event's dress code or branding.
Do you operate outside Kampala? +
Absolutely. We have served events across Uganda and in neighbouring East African countries including Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda. Travel and accommodation are factored into your quote.
